all references need to be clear images! no written/text references!

i reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, be it subject or client behavior.

please wait at least 3 days before messaging me about your commission progress!

i take payment in halves, 50% after the initial sketch is submitted to the client (watermarked) and after the final product is submitted. i will include a watermark on the final piece until payment is recieved. this is to protect artist and buyer!

i currently only use paypal for payment, but this is prone to change and expand.

after the order is placed, the client is not expected to pay until after the initial sketch is finished as stated before.

i will provide progress checkpoints to the client throughout the process (sketching, lining, coloring, etc) to make sure we are on the same page.

turnaround time can range from a few days to a month depending on complexity!

any major or signifigant changes should be made during the sketching process.

smaller edits and fixes can be done without charge afterwards, however large changes will be at a charge of 20% of the commission cost.

please communicate any changes needed to be made when the sketch is presented!

i reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.

the client can cancel the commission at any time, however refunds are not always possible, depending on the completion of the artwork.

if the artwork is almost complete, no refund will be issued. the client will be issued at 50% refund if issued before the linework process. i do have leniency, so please message me as soon as possible if you need a refund.

filing a chargeback without attempting to sort a refund with me will lead to blacklisting.

i reserve the right to use commissioned artwork pieces for advertisement at any point.

if you wish to have a private commission, i will not post it into my gallery but may use it for advertising later.

I do not consent for any of my artwork being used in AI training present or future projects in any capacity

use your commissioned piece for personal use! this includes references, icons, banners, thumbnails, personal promotions, etc.

post it to your social media with an appropriate tag/credit.

reprint the artwork for personal use

claim the artwork as your work.

resell the artwork itself. this does not including selling a character that i have done art for, this only refers to the art piece(s).

use my artwork for commercial use unless previously discussed.
